Discussion of Two Issues Considered in Establishing University Computer Labs

高校在建设计算机中心机房时，计算机设备的选型和机房安全一直是被关注的问题。本文通过运用会计学中的年限平均法的最低年折旧额理论，解决计算机设备在购置过程中的最佳投资效果问题；同时结合实际经验，设计了一种多功能电脑桌，用以解决机房存在的一些安全隐患，提高了计算机房的投资效果，保障机房的使用安全。

Close attentions had always been paid to the issues of computer equipment selection and computer room safety as universities established their computer labs. By applying the accounting method of annualized average discount amount, this article presented a way of achieving optimal investment results for the procurement of computer equipment. It also proposed a design of multi-function computer workstation that solves the safety problems in computer rooms.
