摘要
为改变传统的炮膛检测系统只能靠人工推拉的方式,开发了一种用打印机接口控制的,能携带炮膛检测装置在炮膛内自动移动的炮膛检测机器人系统.在用CAXA电子图版绘制了系统机械结构二维工程图的基础上,做出了机器人实物.该机器人在步进电机的带动下在炮膛内平滑运动,而且具有自动定心功能.实验表明,该系统不但提高了炮膛检测的精确度,同时提高了检测的自动化程度和检测结果的客观性,满足了现代国防工业的要求.
In order to change the traditional bore test system that can be pulled or pushed only by hand, we develop a bore test robot system, which is controlled by print interface and can move automatically toting the bore test equipment, and manufacture the robot body based on the drawing of two dimensions schedule drawing of its mechanical construction using CAXA Electronic Board. It moves smoothly in bore with the control of step motor and has self - centering function. Experiments show that the system has not only improved the precision of bore test, but also improved the automation level and the objectivity of bore test, so it satisfied the requirement of modem national defense industry.
