摘要
以汽车发动机罩板为研究对象,根据板料成形及回弹过程数值算法,利用商业软件Pamstamp,数值模拟研究了发动机罩板冲压成形及回弹过程,根据模拟结果对回弹及残余应力分布作了分析.结果显示,发动机罩板在成形过程中没有产生裂纹和起皱,回弹后在中部区域引起较大鼓动,其原因是在残余压应力作用下产生的板料弹性失稳.
This research takes Engine - hood as object, according to sheet forming and spring - back computational method, the stamping and spring - back processes of Engine - hood are simulated by the system of Pamstamp. Based on the simulation results, spring - back and distribution of residual stress are analyzed. The result shows that no crackle and wrinkle happen during the course of sheet metal forming, there is a bigger bukling formed in the middle after spring - back, and the bukling is elastic instability under the action of residual stress.
