摘要
针对数控火焰切割机加工工艺特点,开发了基于IPC的数控火焰切割机数控系统,并对硬件实现和软件系统作了详细的介绍.软件系统采用开放式模块化设计思想,并提出了二维不规则零件的最小包络矩形算法,解决了同尺寸零件批量加工的自动排料问题.
Aiming at the characteristics of working process of NC flame cutting machine, this paper develops the NC system of the machine based on IPC, and describes its hardware and software designs. In software system, the design idea is based on open and modular architecture, and puts forward the arithmetic of the minimal encircled rectangle of irregular two dimension part, which resolves the question when the same - size parts arc in batches processing.
