Sociological Thought about the Three-thirds Phenomena among Returnees Who Carve out at Home

从社会学的视角出发,分别从微观、中观和宏观三个层面探讨了“海归”创业“三三现象”的形成原因。指出内功不够是“三三现象”形成的个人原因,社会资本匮乏是“三三现象”的中观原因,市场环境不规范是“三三现象”形成的宏观背景。

Based on the point view of sociology, the paper analyses the reasons of three-thirds phenomena which is popular among returnees who carved out at home. Firstly, lacking of competence is the personal reason of three-thirds phenomena. Secondly, going short of social capital is the middle range reason of three-thirds phenomena. Finally, the abnormality of market environment is the macro-background of three-thirds phenomena.
