高校科研管理学科建设管理的协调与运作机制

通过对科研管理工作和学科建设工作在高校中的作用分析,阐述了国家教育部对北京市教委和上海市教委管理重点学科的肯定意见,列举了国内部分重点大学和一般大学学科建设工作管理的模式,在分析我校学科建设工作中的不足之处后,提出了学科建设和重点学科管理的设想。

The thesis elaborates the National Ministry of Education＇s affirmative opinion towards the management of point courses of education boards of Beijing and Shanghai by means of function analysis of the work of scientific research and course construction in colleges and universities; enumerates some modes of management of courses construction in parts of the local famous universities and general universities. Analyzing the weakness of course construction of our university, and putting forward some conceptions about course construction and point course management.
