摘要
本文介绍我们研制的光纤电脑高温计,测温范围在600℃~1300℃。初步实验结果表明,测温精度不大于1%。本高温计是为了生产现场应用而研制的,因此,在探头设计和信号检测系统,都作了经济性和便于推广应用的考虑。我们引入了光纤(光缆)作为光的传输通道(即传光型光纤传感器),是为了使检测部分不受生产现场的电磁场干扰和其它环境因素的影响,从而,提高了检测精度。在信号处理部分,由于光功率(光电流)与温度的非线性关系,我们使用了单片微机,采用曲线拟合的方法来处理这种非线性关系,效果很好,在仪表智能化的工作中作了一些初步的尝试。本高温计在上述温度范围内能进行接触式测量,对测量结果进行显示和记录(打印)。这种高温计本是为轧钢过程中轧制温度的检测而研制的,但同时也可以方便地用于机械制造、石油化工等部门的温度检测。
This paper introduces the development of“HOET”whose measure temper ature range is at 600~1300℃.The initial experimental results indicate that the measure precision is no more than 1%.The instrument is to be used at the work- site.The economy and applicability have been taken into consideration in course of design.We have used optical fiber as light transmission path so as to avoid the in- fluence of the electromagnetic fields and other interference and o increase the mea- suring precision.For signal processing,we use curve fitting method to deal with the non-linearity between optical current and temperature with a single chip microcomputer.The method is shown to be effective as the first try for instrument intellectualization.The instrument can make contact measurement at temperature range mentioned above and can display and record the data of measurement. The instrument is designed for temperature measurement on steel processing,but it can also be used conveniently in the areas of machine building and petro-chemical industry,etc.
