摘要
对不同细度竹纤维纯纺纱线、不同混纺比竹棉混纺纱线的拉伸性能进行了测试,分析了成纱细度对纱线断裂强度、断裂伸长率和断裂比功的影响以及产生影响的内在因素。当竹纤维纯纺纱线号数为59 tex左右时,纱线断裂强度、断裂伸长率、断裂比功均较好,因而强力较高。当竹棉混纺比为50/50左右时,混纺纱强力较低,拉伸性能较差,其后随着竹纤维含量的增加,混纺纱断裂强度呈上升趋势。在实际应用中,混纺纱最低断裂强度对应的临界混纺比在设计中应尽量避免选用。
Tensile Properties of bamboo pure yam of different fineness and bamboo cotton blended yam of different blending ratio were tested. Influence of yam fineness on yarn breaking tenacity, breaking elongation, breaking specific work was analyzed, the generating inner factors were also analyzed. When the count of bamboo pure yam is about 59 tex, the yarn has better breaking tenacity, better breaking elongation and better speeific work, so the strength of the yam is also better. When the blending ratio of bamboo cotton bended yarn is about 50/50, the blended yam has lower strength and worse tensile property, and with the increasing of bamboo fiber eontent, the breaking tenacity of blended yam was enhance. In the practiee, it is better not to choose the critical blending ratio in the design.
