摘要
水污染对人、水生生物、工农业造成了严重的危害。只有科技创新,改革工艺,科学施用农用品,大力改进预防措施,加速水资源的循环和重复使用,人们生活质量的提高才有保证。
At present water pollution is very serious, which does great harm to human, living things, industry and agriculture. Can human＇s living quality be guaranteed only adopting measures fighting against pollution, economizing water resousces, and encouraging using water recycled.
