摘要 蔡广叶常青吉俭李国璋梁超英【摘要】目的观察l,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗缺血性心肌病(ICM)并急性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将78例ICM合并急性心衰患者随机分成FDP组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,FDP组在对照组治疗基础上加用FDP静脉滴注(5g,每日2次10d),10d后观察心功能变化及用心脏二维超声测定心脏结构变化。结果FDP组ICM心衰患者心功能纠正总有效率为92%(34/37),明显优于对照组的73%,(30/41),超声测定的左室射血分数、心脏指数、每搏量、左室收缩末期内径比治疗前好转,效果优于对照组。结论FDP对ICM急性心衰有明显的疗效。 Objcctive To observe the curative effects of 1,6-fructose diphosphatc(FDP) on acute heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy( ICM). Methods Seventy-eight patients with ICM were divided into two groups ,i. e. the control group,in which 41 patiwnts were conventionally treated ,and FDP group,in which 37 patients were treated by conventional method and 1,6FDP(5g,i. v. b. i. d. , 10 days). The changes in cardiac function were observed. The cardiac function and changes in the left ventricular morphology were investigated with ultrasonography before and after treatment lasting 10 days. Results The total rate of significant improvcment of heart function in the treatment group( 92%, 34/37) was significantly higher than that in the control group (73% ,30/41). After 10 days treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index,stroke volume,left ventricular end -systolic dimension were signiticantly improved in the treatment group as compared with the control group. Conclusion The curative effects of 1,6 - FDP on hcart failure caused by isehemic cardiomyopathy is good,
