急性脑卒中心律失常的临床分析

Clinical analysis of patients with acute stroke complicated with arrhythmia

目的 观察不同类型急性脑卒中患者并发心律失常情况。方法 用动态心电圈仪对124例脑卒中住院患者进行动态心电图观察，分析心律失常发生率、类型及其与脑卒中的关系。结果 124例（100％）均发生心律失常，室上性快速心律失常31例，出现严重心律失常72例，同一病例发生两种及两种以上心律失常的患者共38例。结论 急性脑卒中患者心律失常发生率非常高，特别是严重心律失常，建议在治疗原发病的同时，常规做动态心电图检查或行心电监护，加强对心律失常的诊治。

Objective To observe the incidence of different cardiac arrhythmia in patients with acute stroke. Methods 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram recordings were performed in 124 patients with acute stroke. Results Cardiac arrhythmia was found in all cases, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia appeared in 31 cases, while 72 cases occurred serious cardiac arrhythmia, 38 cases suffered from more than one type of arrhythmia. Conclusions There are high incidence of arrhythmia, esp. serious cardiac arrhythmia in the patients with cerebrovascular diseases. It is suggested that DCG should be used routinely in monitoring the patients with acute stroke, for diagnosing and treating the natients exactly.
