摘要
在火电厂推车驱动装置蜗杆减速器一般优化设计的基础上,根据可靠性设计准则,将有关参数处理成随机变量,建立了普通圆柱蜗杆减速器可靠性优化设计的数学模型,并针对具体实例讨论了可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。
On the basis of the ordinary optimal design for worm decelerator, according to the principle of reliability design, the stress,strength and relevant parameters are dealt with random variables, and the mathematical model of the reliability-optimum design for worm decelerator is established.The reliability-optimumdesign for a practical example is presented. Its results prove the feasibility and the practicability of the reliability-optimum design.
