我国护理专业研究生培养面临的问题与挑战

Problems and challenges in graduate education of nursing in China

我国开展护理专业研究生教育已有10余年,面对人们的健康需求、教育需求不断变化,需要及时做出反思,以便迎接更大的挑战。目前的护理专业研究生教育在学科定位和培养类型、培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、导师队伍建设等方面面临着诸多问题,应明确这些问题,寻求解决方案,为今后护理专业研究生的培养提供更大的空间。

The graduate nursing education has been developed in China for more than ten years. Facing the changes of health needs and education needs,it is time to do reflective thinking for receiving more challenges. Nowadays,graduate nursing education in China has some problems in discipline orientation and training type, education aims ,specialty development,curriculum development, and supervisor preparation. Identifying these problems,and seeking the methods for the problem solving will provide larger space for the further development in this field.
