对我院造口专业护士的培训情况,以及造口专业护士在临床护理、护理会诊、护理教学、护理科研4个方面的职能进行介绍,总结我院在培养、使用造口专业护士方面的经验,并在专业护士培养法规、制度,专业护士的评审,职责范围的界定,以及如何提高造口专业护士的水平等方面进行了探讨,为促进造口专业护士的发展提供建设性意见。

This paper briefly introduced the training of clinical nurse specialist with colostomy in our hospital, and their responsibilities and roles in clinical nursing, nursing consultation, nursing education and nursing research, Meanwhile, this paper summarized the experience of how to use the clinical nurse specialist, and discussed the rules and regulations about the training, qualification, identification of the responsibilities of clinical nurse specialist, and how to improve their professional level,which provided constructive suggestions for the development of clinical nurse specialist with colostomy.
