国民经济核算体系是执政党发展观的重要载体。在我国50多年的社会主义实践中,从物质产品平衡体系,到国民经济帐户体系,再到综合环境与经济帐户体系,国民经济核算体系的演变,反映了中国共产党科学发展观的形成和完善。

The system of national economic accounting is played the major role in the scientific developing views of the CPC. During fifty-years development in the practice of our socialism, the change in this system has been from the material product system, to the system of national account and to the system of environment and the economical account. All of the changes reflect the forming and developing of CPC＇s scientific views.
