Based on correct understanding of the meaning and significance of International Social Responsibility Movement, this paper studies and probes into the opportunities and challenges brought to Chinese economic development by it, suggests taking advantage of them, and adopting corresponding measures to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese economy.
