摘要
高等院校是人才密集之地,是社会独特的高知识群体。高校的干部人事档案是一座内容相当丰富的人才信息库,做好高校干部人事档案工作具有特殊的意义。本文分析了当前高校干部人事档案工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的改革措施。
