本文在回顾中国地质工作发展与改革的基础上,对中国地质工作当前的供给和需求现状进行了分析,预测了中国地质工作的未来需求。本文认为,在中国现有的地质工作财政投入和政策环境下,对没有形成投资和融资市场的地质工作而言,需要区分公益性和商业性地质工作的范围与区域。这是促进中国地质工作研究与发展的关键。

On the basis of reviewing the reform and development of China＇s geologic work, this text analyzed the current situation of supply and demand of China＇s geologic work at present,and predicted its demand in future. It also considered that, in the environment of finance input and policy support in China, the geologic work has not yet come into a heahh investment and finance market so that it is the key factor for the research and development of China＇s geologic work to clarify the range and area in which the publicly beneficial geologic work can be distinguished from the commercial geologic work.
