摘要
本文介绍了拉萨电网１９９５年３月１２日发生的系统瓦解、全网停电的重大事故，对事故原因做了深入分析，并针对事故暴露出的问题提出了在电网管理和运行中应采取的对策。
On March 12, 1995, a severe accident occurred in Lhasa power system which caused the whole power system to collapse and all the power supply to the customers interrupted.The reasons for this accident are thoroughly investigated,and some weak points in system management and operation are revealed. At last,preventivemeasures to overcome these weak points are proposed.
