科学发展观和大学发展理念——一种之于学理前提性的反思

Scientific Developing Concept and University Developing Ideas——From the Perspective of Premise Introspection

我国高等教育在取得重大成绩的同时也暴露出许多问题,其实质是大学发展理念的混乱。理性主义指导下的大学发展理念在知识经济时代逐渐出现合法性危机,而科学发展观指导的大学发展理念正是对大学理性发展理念的一种扬弃。当前的大学科学发展理念的建构还必须明白其“硬核”的内涵和完善其“保护带”。

Though our country has made considerable headways in higher education, many problems of higher education are exposed to the light, which attributes to the legal crisis of the university developing ideas depending on the realism at the age of knowledge economy. The above problems can be dissolved by relying on the university scientific developing ideas, whose construction should be based on the understanding of the connotation of their ＂hard core＂ and the improvement of their ＂protection belt＂.
