超声刀封闭胆囊动脉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的运用

Application of Seal Gallbladder Artery with Ultrasonic Knife in Laparoscope Cholecystectomy

目的:观察超声刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术LC中封闭胆囊动脉的方法及效果。方法:用超晰迅超声刀直接封闭胆囊动脉。结果:本组192例患者痊愈出院,术后无一例发生胆囊动脉出血及胆总管狭窄。结论:超声刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术LC中封闭胆囊动脉是一种安全,有效的方法,优于其他方法。

Objective： To observe of seal gallbladder artery with ultrasonic knife in laparoscope cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods： seal gallbladder artery with super clear fast ultrasonic knife. Results： 192 patients in this group all cured and leave hospital. None of patients take place gallbladder artery bleeding and choledochal narrow after operation. Conclusions： The technology of ultrasonic knife is a safe and efficiency method to seal gallbladder artery in the laparoscope cholecystectomy.
