环保高效除锈膏的研究

Study of environment protective rust removing paste with high efficiency

研究了一种环保型高效除锈膏。分析了除锈膏的成分,给出了除锈膏的制备与除锈方法。除锈膏主要由10%磷酸、5%柠檬酸、2.5%草酸组成,其载体为明胶、黄土、淀粉,缓蚀剂为硫脲。实验结果表明,该除锈膏不产生刺激性气体,方便易用,可在不停产的条件下有效除锈,除锈后基体材料表面涂漆膜层的结合力良好。

An environment protective rust removing paste with high efficiency was studied. The compositions of rust removing paste were analysed, and its preparation and rust removing methods were presented. The rust removing paste is consisted of 10% phosphoric acid, 5% citric acid, 2.5% oxalic acid with carrier consisting of gelatin, loess, starch, and uses thiourea as corrosion inhibitor. The test results show that the above rust removing paste produces no ir- ritant gas, and can be easily used to remove rust in working condition. The coating on substrate surface after removing rust has good adhesion.
