摘要 管道内阻力计算有利于优化设计排污系统中管径及动力设备,对提高黑水、污泥等非牛顿流管道输送的安全性、经济性具有重要指导意义.在分析真空管道内污水运动状态基础上,推导了排污管道内气体-非牛顿流体两相流动摩阻压降梯度计算的通用关系式.通过算例探讨了管道内阻力随气流量和输送黑水的变化规律. The calculating pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in vacuum pipes is ot great importance for designing and choosing safe and economical vacuum sewers system including power equipment and vacuum pipe for transporting non-Newtonian fluid such as black water, sanitary sewage, and sewage sludge. A general correlation for calculating frictional pressure gradient during gas-non-Nentonian two-phase flow in pipe is deduced, and a calculation instance is given . The relationship between the volumetric flow rates of air and pipeline's pressure drop is summed up and the laws of the frictional pressure drop in pipe vary with the volumetric flow rates of air and mix liquid phase are obtained.
