摘要
自2000年信息产业部颁发第一张增值电信业务运营许可证至今,我国SP行业经历了一个快速增长的过程。在此过程中,SP行业出现了诸多问题:如企业无话语权,企业出现诚信问题,尤其是绝大多数企业都没有形成核心竞争力,面临着被洗牌的危险。SP企业塑造核心竞争力应实施三个差异化战略:客户资源制胜战略、内容制胜战略和技术制胜战略。
Since the Information Industry Department issued the first increment telecommunication service operation permit in 2000, the SP profession experienced a fast growth, during which the SP profession had such problems as absence of right of discourse for enterprises, enterprise credit problem, etc. Especially an overwhelming majority enterprises had not formed the core competitive ability. For the SP enterprises to mold core competitive ability, three differentiation strategy should be implemented, namely the customer resources subduing strategy, the content subduing strategy and the technology subduing strategy.
