摘要
随着消费者需求变化和信息技术的迅速发展,企业所面临的经营环境越来越复杂和不可预测,加之企业管理的很多方面难以定量化,使得传统的目标管理难以发挥更大的效用,需要用一些新的管理模式加以补充。价值观管理便是其中一种比较好的管理模式。由于价值观是企业文化的核心内容,因而导致企业文化变革的方向、内容和风格等都要发生相应的调整。
With the rapid development of consumer demands and information technology, the environment of the companies becomes more and more complex and unpredictable. Furthermore, many aspects of enterprise management can not be quantified, which will limit the utilization of managing by objectives(MBO). New management models shouht be. developed to adapt to environmental changes, such as managing by values(MBV), which is one of better manage models. Since values are the core content of corporate culture, MBO will affect the direction, content and style of cultural change.
