未来五年,青岛产业经济得到迅速发展,并呈现出高投入、快速度、大规模的发展态势,但在投资拉动经济快速增长的同时,要素需求及资源约束加剧,资源消耗的缺口加大,包括能源、原材料、运力、产业配套、基础设施、资金、技术、人才支持、软环境等将会出现一系列亟待解决的问题,并对青岛的经济社会发展形成了一系列的制约。根据青岛产业发展现状及其结构性问题的分析,系统研究未来五年产业发展的目标、原则、重点,提出青岛产业发展的战略与政策。

In the future five years, the industry economy will develop quickly. But at the same time, tor the lack of resources, such as energy sources, raw and processed materials etc, it will prevent the development of Qingdao＇s economy. In this essay, firstly, the writer analyses the situation and structure problem of Qingdao＇s industry. Secondly, the writer does systematical research on the aim, principle and emphases and lastly puts forward the strategy and policy of Qingdao＇s industry.
