秦巴山区中小学体育的现状分析

Research of current situation of P.E.of elementary and middle schools in Qinba mountainous areas

采用文献资料法及调查访问法,对秦巴山区中小学体育现状进行了研究。调查结果显示,造成秦巴山区中小学体育开展不利的因素主要表现在:校领导对体育不重视;师资学历结构不合理;招聘应届本科毕业生困难和现有体育教师流失严重;场地器材、体育经费短缺等。针对这些情况提出了相应的措施。

Through investigation and interview, a research was conducted on the current situation of P. E. of elementary and middle schools in Qinba mountainous areas. The result showed that what hindered the P.E. development in elementary and middle schools were lack of attention of the school administrators, unreasonable structure of the teachers＇ academic degrees, lack of talented teachers and sports facilities.
