西部欠发达地区高中体育的现状研究——以陇东地区调查为例

Investigation and countermeasures of P.E.in senior middle schools in underdeveloped areas in western part of China

运用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对西部欠发达地区高中体育现状进行调查。结果发现:教师理想中的高中体育与现实存在差距;体育教学成绩与问题并存;课外体育活动参差不齐;早操和课间操基本能正常开展;课外体育训练各尽所能;管理中存在问题和漏洞;教师队伍现状不容乐观;场地、器材严重不足。改变这一现状的基本对策是转变高中体育观念,特别是领导层的体育观念;改革学校内部管理机制,重点是建立健全管理制度和措施;加强教师队伍建设,主要是创造条件,提高教师学历;增加体育经费,关键要多渠道筹集资金。

Through questionnaires, interview and statistics, an investigation was carried out on the current situation of P.E. in senior middle schools in the underdeveloped areas in westem part of China and the result showed that there were great discrepancies between the ideal concept of P.E. in senior middle schools held by the teachers and the reality; there were achievements as well as problems： excurricular sports activities were not equally carried out from school to school; moming exercises and exercises during the breaks could be performed regularly; there were problems in the management;the situation of teaching staff was not optimistic;sports facilities were not enough. In order to change such a situation, school administrators should change their P.E. concept, reform the inner management system and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
