摘要 利用工程软件PRO/ENGINEER WILDFIRE对UUT型三轴转台进行了三维实体造型设计;以给定的装配序列为条件,在PRO/ANIMATION环境中实现了转台各零部件的装配过程仿真;运用PRO/E的MDX模块,完成了给定运动条件下的转台运动学仿真,获取了反映被测试件运动情况的运动参数曲线,并对转台实施了干涉的动态检查。最后,将仿真过程中的动画输出并保存为多媒体视频文件,为转台设计方案的交流与评估以及转台产品的制造奠定基础。 Three-dimensional solid model of the UUT style three-axis turntable is built using an engineering software Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire (Pro/E). With the given assembly sequence, the assembly simulation for every components in Pro/Animation environment is accomplished. In addition, with MDX module of Pro/E, the kinematics simulation for turntable under given conditions is carried out, and the kinematics curves that show the movement are obtained. The dynamic interference check is also completed. Finally, the animation of simulation processes are exported and saved as multimedia animation files, which lay the foundation for communication and evaluation of design process as well as the manufacturing of turntable.
