摘要
“校漂族”是游离于学校和社会边缘的人群,有进取派、过渡派、无为派等类型。人才的高消费、自我意识的增强和社会宽容度的加强、对学校的亲切感和归属感以及逃避竞争等是“校漂族”的成因。“校漂族”的出现有影响社会稳定、资源浪费、学校管理难、个人发展不利等不良后果。学校应鼓励他们先就业再择业,培养他们良好的心理素质。
The ＂xiao piao zu＂ is a special group of college graduates who are ＂floating＂between the college and society.
