Public Power, in essence, originates from the people. Its basic value orientation is to administer public affairs, and to safeguard public interests. At present, the alienation of public power has become a prominent problem that will lead to serious consequences. Therefore, it is imperative to pay more attention to its prevention and containment so as to ensure a good exercise of public power.
