日本安保战略转变的国内外因素分析

An Analysis on the Factors of the Strategic Transformation of the Safety lnsurance in Japan

从2003年到2004年,日本国会连续通过了“有事法制”的相关法案,标志着日本的国家防卫战略发生了根本的转折。全文着重考察在东北亚国际安全战略环境不断发生变化的背景下日本外交战略变化的过程,对促使日本安全保障战略发生变化的各种相关因素进行分析,考察日本安保战略调整的重点及其对周边国际环境的影响。

From 2003 to 2004, the Japanese Congress adopted several regulations on its safety insurance, which marks the fundamental transformation in the Japanese national defense strategy. This paper examined the whole process of the Japanese diplomatic strategic change under the background of the constant change of the international safety strategy in northeast Asia, analyzed the factors causing the change of the Japanese national defense strategy, and pointed out the key point of the adjustment of the Japanese safety insurance strategy and the influence to its international environment.
