现代分子生物学技术在益生菌分类鉴定中的应用现状

摘要 益生菌(probiotics)又称微生态调节剂,是指能够促进肠内菌群生态平衡,对宿主起有益作用的活的微生物制剂。国内外对益生菌菌种、作用机理均有相当的报道,获得了许多使用益生菌的经验。近些年来。分子生物学特别是基因工程技术的发展为益生菌的研究提供了新的手段。本文主要从益生菌菌株的分类鉴定方面,比较详细地综述了近年来国际上在分子水平上研究益生菌的技术方法。 A probiotic has been defined as a live microbial food ingredient that is beneficial to health. At present, the action mechanism of probiotics had been researched deeply and broadly at home and abroad, and gained many experiences of how to use probiotics. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology, especially gene engineering, the theoretics and applications of probiotics go to a higher level. This review is mainly about molecular biological methotis that used in probiotics classification and characterization.
