This paper puts forward that the main factors influencing the performance of back-style high jump are fast approach-running speed, proper use of approach-running speed and oscillating speed based on the proper take-off technique, by analyzing documents, three-D image video-recording of the top sportsmen＇ s performance, mathematical statistics.
