摘要
本文简单回顾了美国海洋渔业管理的历史,比较了美国部分鱼类品种渔业经济情况在实施IFQs制度前后的不同,指出了IFQs制度对改善鱼类资源健康状况和更大范围海洋生态环境的作用。
xThis paper has a review of U.S. marine fishery management history, and compares the differences of fishery economics of some marine species before and after IFQs management. Then the paper points out the role of IFQs management in improving the health of fish stocks and the broader marine environment.
