S100A4蛋白在47例人肺腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

Expression of S100A4 Protein in 47 Cases with Human Lung Adenocarcinoma and its Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]研究钙离子结合蛋白A4(S100A4)在肺腺癌组织、癌旁肺组织和正常肺组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法检测47例肺腺癌及相应癌旁肺组织标本(距肿瘤3cm~5cm)、15例正常肺组织标本中S100A4蛋白表达。[结果]在正常肺组织中S100A4蛋白无表达;在癌旁肺组织中S100A4蛋白表达率为12.8%(6/47);在肺腺癌组织中的表达率为59.6%(28/47),与正常及癌旁肺组织比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);S100A4蛋白在肺腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移及癌细胞分化程度均有相关性(P<0.05)。[结论]S100A4蛋白的表达与肺腺癌的发生和淋巴结转移正相关,与肺腺癌分化程度负相关。 [Purpose ] To investigate the expressions of S100A4 protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, cancer around tissues and normal lung tissues and their clinical significance. [Methods]The expression of S100A4 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 47 cases with lung adenocarcinoma and cancer around tissues (approximately 3-5cm from the cancer tissues), 15 cases with normal lung tissues. [Results] There was no S100A4 expression in normal lung tissues.The positive expression rates of S100A4 were 12.8% (6/47) in cancer around tissues and 59.6% (28/47)in lung adenocarcinoma tissues. There was significantly difference between lung adenocarcinoma and normal tissue or cancer around tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of S100A4 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was associated with both differentiation grade and lymph node metastasis. [Conclusions] Expression of S100A4 protein was positively related with the occurrence or lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma, and negtively related with its differentiation.
