摘要 介绍已投入使用并已通过国家验收的苏通长江大桥TP75m/1200 t架桥机的工程背景、总体组成、技术条件、作业程序和结构总体设计。重点介绍结构构造特点和所进行的结构空间分析、振动分析和总稳定性计算,因为它们是保证这台属亚太地区最大型的一种新型的对称悬拼悬挂双向式架桥机正确设计与安全使用的最基本要素。 The paper introduces the engineering background, general assembly, technical conditions, operating procedures and overall design of the structure of the Bridge Girder Erection Machine TP75m/1200t which has been used in construction of the Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge. The bridge has been put into operation and passed the acceptance of governmental institutions. The paper lays emphasis on introductions of the features of structure construction, structural space analysis and vibration analysis and on calculation of the general stability. These are the primal, elements to ensure the correct design and safe operation of such a new symmetrical dual-direction cantilever-assembly bridge-girder erection machine, the largest bridge girder erection machine in the Asian and Pacific region.
