摘要
昆山市澄周公路张家港大桥0号块施工中成功地采用了预应力筋钢管立柱方案,解决了连续箱梁在悬臂施工过程中产生的不平衡力矩,保证了结构的稳定和安全。结合该桥施工,详细介绍预应力筋钢管立柱的设计思路、支架的受力计算过程,以及预应力筋钢管立柱施工注意事项。
The prestressed-reinforcement steel-pipe post scheme was implemented successfully in construction of Block No. 0 of the Zhangjiagang Bridge under the Kunshan Municipality. Unbalanced moments which continuous box beams produced in cantilever construction were removed, giving rise to structure stability and safety. In combination with construction of the specific project, the thinking of designing the prestressed-reinforcement steel-pipe post scheme and calculation of the forces imposed on the support structure are elaborated. Issues for attention in using pointed-reinforcement steel-pipe posts are mentioned.
