丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与明胶相互作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以明胶为皮胶原的模型化合物,采用紫外-可见光谱、FT-IR光谱、DSC等表征方法,研究了丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与明胶的相互作用,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明:丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与明胶间的相互作用是共价键、侧基-侧基库仑作用和多点氢键的协同作用。共价键增加了明胶的热稳定性,而在丙烯酸-丁烯醛作用后,明胶的变性温度也升至15·4℃,其中的侧基-侧基库仑作用方式、大小与介质的pH值有关,静电吸引力在pH值为4·5附近为最大,静电排斥力在pH值大于7时为最大。 The interaction between poly (acrylic acid crotonaldehyde) and gelatin, in which gelatin was used as the model ot collagen, was studied using FT - IR, UV and DSC. The results show that there are covalent bond, side group - side group interaction and hydrogen bond between Poly (acrylic acid- crotonadehyde) and gelatin. The covalent crosslink between P (acrylic acid-crotonaldehyde) and gelatin, which is got from the aldehyde group in P (acrylic acid- crotonaldehyde) and amino group in gelatin testified by IR, UV and DSC, improves the thermal stability of gelatin. The thermal denatured temperature of gelatin, which interacted with P(acrylic acid- crotonaldehyde), rises as high as 15.4℃ . And the degree of side group - side group interaction between gelatin and P (acrylic acid- crotonaldehyde) is relative to pH. The affinity is biggest at the pH:4.5, while the repulsive force is biggest when the pH is bigger than 7.
