超支化聚合物铬鞣助剂的合成及应用 被引量:31

Synthesis and Application of a Chrome-tanning Assistant of Hyperbranched Polymer

摘要 通过“准一步法”由丁二酸酐和二乙醇胺合成了一种超支化聚合物,然后再与马来酸酐反应,得到一种超支化聚合物铬鞣助剂,并进行应用试验。结果表明:该铬鞣助剂在加入铬粉前使用效果最好,当使用量为1%时,铬鞣废液中的Cr2O3含量可减少45%。超支化聚合物铬鞣助剂的加入,可以保证皮革粒面的细致,使鞣后皮革的Ts有所提高。 A hyperbranched polymer was synthesized with succinic anhydride and diethanolamine via the pseudo one - pot procedure and then by reacting with the hyperbranched polymer and maleic anhydride a chrome- tanning assistant was gotten. The chrome- tanning assistant was applied to chrome- tanning process and the results indicated that the chrome- tanning assistant was best in applying before using a chrome agent, with its weight percent 1%, Cr2O3 in the chrome- tanning solution was reduced by 45 %, ensured leather surface fine and made Ts increase.
