论贵州省的土地石漠化治理

On Administration of Rock Desertification in Guizhou Province

在充分认识贵州土地石漠化现状及存在问题的基础上,结合林业重点生态工程的实施,提出了石漠化治理的基本思路、目标和重点,探讨在石漠化治理中的林种、树种、营造林方式,以及“护草留阔植乔抚灌+封禁”等技术措施;提出多部门合作、多种措施配套是石漠化治理的重要保障。

Based on the analysis of rock desertification situation in Guizhou Province and the main problems associated with it,this paper proposes the major outlines,objectives and focal points for the administration of rock desertification, elaborates on the roles in administering rock desertification of afforestation techniques such as choices of forest stand types,tree species,planting methods,and the model of retain grasses and shrubs→ plant trees and tend shrubs → close mountain areas for rehabilitating vegetation,with a holistic view to integrate with the implementation of key forestry ecological programs.Also discussed are guarantee measures of cooperation among different government departments and combination of various approaches.
