On Perfecting the Purchase System in China's County-level Government

本文从建立县级政府采购制度的原则、县级政府采购的机构设置及职责分工、县级政府采购目录的制定、采购模式及方式、采购程序、采购资金的管理、采购预算的编制等方面进行了比较系统的思考,提出了完善我国县级政府采购制度的对策思路。

It is necessary for Chinese government to set up a perfect county-level government purchase system.To set up this system,the author has thought over such problems as principles of county-level government purchase system,agency construction and responsibility division,purchase catalog making,purchase mode,purchase procedure,money management and budget making and so on,and she has raised the related solutions to the above problems.
