自密实轻骨料防水混凝土抗渗性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 自密实轻骨料混凝土由于具有轻质高强、保温耐火、抗震性能好及便于施工等优点,作为隧道及地下工程的防水新手段,有其优越性。以某高速公路隧道防水工程为例,通过不同的抗渗性能测试手段,研究粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维和UEA 复掺对自密实轻骨料防水混凝土(SCLC)抗渗性的影响,利用SEM、孔结构试验,探讨SCLC的抗渗机理。结果表明,粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维和UEA复掺能显著提高SCLC的抗渗性及耐久性。 Being provided with lightweight,high strength,heat preservation and refractory,anti-seismic and easy to construction, self-compacting lightweight concrete has special advantages as a new water-proofing means used in tunnel and underground engineering.Taking the example of water-proofing work of a tunnel in express highway,the influence of composite admixing of fly ash,polypropylene fiber and UEA on impermeability of self-compacting lightweight aggregate waterproof concrete (SCLC) was studied by different measuring methods.The SEM and pore-structure experimentation were used to discuss the waterproof mechanism of SCLC.It turned out that the impermeability and durability of SCLC can be remarkably improved by composite admixing of fly ash,polypropylene fiber and UEA.
