摘要
提出一种8-PSS型冗余输入并联机构为主体的地震模拟器,此地震模拟器采用8个伺服电机输入,能实现6维运动。在考虑各丝杠系统和支链系统的弹性变形下,建立了地震模拟器的静刚度模型,给出了数值算例,结论表明采用冗余输入支链能够有效地提高地震模拟器的刚度。
A kind of earthquake simulator that takes PSS typed parallel mechanism with redundant inputs as the principle part has been put forward. Eight servo motors were adopted for the input of this earthquake simulator, and six di mensional movements can be realized. Under the consideration of elastic deformations of each leading screw system and branch chain system, the static stiffness model of earthquake simulator was established, the example of numerical computation was presented. The result shows that the adoption of branch chain with redundant inputs could effectively enhance the stiffness of earthquake simulator.
