Research on reverse seeking of virtual modeling and rapid shape formation

摘要 通过在PRO/E三维参数化环境中对汽车变速箱免拆清洗设备的3DMAX虚拟设计造型进行逆向设计,以及进行MAGIC快速成型切片、加工的过程,系统阐述了将虚拟造型导入三维参数化环境进行曲线、曲面重构与快速成型的方法。介绍了一种将虚拟设计与逆向设计直接对接快速成型机的新途径。 By means of carrying out reverse design on 3D MAX virtual design modeling for the disassemble-avoidancecleaning device of automobile variator and of conducting the course of sectioning and processing of GAGIC rapid formation in the environment of PRO/E 3D parameterization, the system expounded a method for carrying out reconstructions of curves and curved surfaces and rapid shape formation with the virtual modeling be leaded into the environment of 3D parameterization. A kind of new way for letting the virtual design and reverse design be connected directly with rapid shape forming machine was introduced.
