摘要
通过对当前国内农业及农业信息数据库及专家咨询系统的发展状况进行分析,结合黑龙江省农业发展的特点提出了“黑龙江省垦区农畜良种图文影像数据库”建设的目的和意义。并对此数据库建设的重要技术环节做了详尽深入的论述。
This paper has analyzed the development of agricultural information database and specialist consultation system in China. In view of the development characteristics of agiculture in Heilongjiang Province, the paper has elaborated the objecfive and significance of constructing the ＂Text and Image Database of Farm Livestock Nucleus Breeds in Heilongjiang Reclamation Region, discussed in detail important technology in constructing the database.
