摘要
期刊的等级评价不应简单地移作研究成果水平的评价;影响大小不能简单地用以评定成果的学术含量。为了使学术评估更公平、公正和科学可行,有必要引入级差理念,分析不同学科、不同成果形式的学术难易,统计各学科学者和期刊的数量和发文情况,定出相应的分值和权重,细化量化评估,使之更合理。
The gradational result of evaluating periodicals should not be directly used as a criterion of evaluating research findings. And the degree of influence also could not be used simply as a criterion to determine the academic quality of findings. That is why it is necessary to introduce the idea of'gradational deviation'in analyzing academic difficultness of various disciplines and of different finding forms, so that academic evaluation could be carried on more fairly, just and scientifically. It is suggested that counting the scholars of various disciplines and their papers issued on periodicals, so as to get corresponding marks and weights for a more subtle and reasonable quantified evaluation.
