摘要
本文根据战略理论,分析中国加入WTO后企业面临市场环境变化和主动跟随战略的优势,归纳中国一些优秀制造工业企业利用后发优势的经验的基础上,提出企业可以通过运用主动跟随战略,提升竞争力的途径,作为积极应对环境变化的战略反应。中国企业从引进、模仿技术起步,逐步实现技术、产品升级;从替代外国进口的产品开始,到替代跨国公司在华生产的产品,进而在国际市场替代跨国公司的产品,实现企业的又一个升级。
This article analyzes the changing market situation that firms have been confronted with since China's entry into WTO and the advantages of active follow-up strategy in light of strategic theories. After summarizing the experiences that outstanding industrial manufacturers have obtained from exploiting late-mover advantages, we suggest that firms can promote competitiveness in reaction to environmental changes by taking active follow-up strategies. Firms move from gradually upgrading their technology and products through importing and imitating technology to the final realization of firm upgrade through a series of substitution for imported products, products made by foreign multinationals in China and products of multinationals in the international market.
