排气挤出机分流环结构与产量平衡问题的研究

挤出波动和冒料是限制排气挤出机使用的2个重要因素。在橡胶排气螺杆第1计量段的末端加入分流环,并采用Polyflow软件对其流场进行分析;研究同一根螺杆在不同的工艺参数下二阶螺杆的流量平衡与分流环结构的关系。

The extruding fluctuation and emiting material are the major factors for limiting the application of the venting extruder. To insert the shunting ring at the end of the first stage measuring stage of the venting screw, adopted the Polyflow soft wear to analyze the flow filed, study the same screw for flow balance and the relationship of the shunting ring structure of the second Screw at the different processing parameters.
