结构及柔顺机构拓扑优化设计中的拓扑图提取 被引量:16

TOPOLOGY EXTRACTION IN THE TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION DESIGN FOR STRUCTURES AND COMPLIANT MECHANISMS

摘要 拓扑图提取是结构和柔顺机构拓扑优化设计中的重要课题,然而,基于有限元法的拓扑优化结果中常常出现棋盘格和中间密度单元,这些问题直接影响着拓扑图的轮廓提取。并指出棋盘格的消除、中间单元的取舍和拓扑图的轮廓提取是结构和柔顺机构拓扑图提取过程中的3个主要问题。对拓扑优化中出现棋盘格和中间单元问题的原因及现有的解决方法进行了讨论。对图像处理中的水平集方法、参数活动轮廓和边缘检测方法3种典型的轮廓提取方法也进行了讨论。 It is important to extract useful topologies from the solutions to the topology optimization design for structures and compliant mechanisms. However, checkerboard patterns and intermediate elements in most topology results make a topological contour extraction very difficult. Due to these facts, the elimination of checkerboard patterns, the acceptance or rejection of intermediate elements and the contour extraction of the resultant topology are three main problems during the topology extraction process for structures and compliant mechanisms. The factors in forming checkerboard patterns and intermediate elements during the topology optimization process and the existing methods to circumvent these problems are discussed. Three typical approaches for image processing, those of level set, parametric active contour and edge detection, are also discussed.
